Sticky Soy Glazed Chicken wings

Ingredients
1kg Chicken wings or chicken nibbles
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
½ tsp Chinese Five Spice
½ tsp paprika
½ jar of Theory Food Sticky Soy Glaze
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
Fresh coriander to serve
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan bake. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with the salt, five spice and paprika until frothy. Dip each chicken wing in the egg whites until coated and place on the tray. Bake for 25 minutes, then brush each chicken wing generously with the glaze. Bake another 5 minutes and brush again, then repeat this process one more time. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Scatter over fresh coriander to serve.
